During the interview, I completed an exam paper and answered a series of questions. The exam paper tested my mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills to ensure I could handle the level of work required for tutoring. After the paper, I responded to several questions about my teaching approach, how I would explain difficult concepts to students, and how I would support students who are struggling with confidence or motivation.
