Interview
The interview process consisted of three stages:
Application Stage – Candidates were required to submit an application outlining their qualifications, technical skills, and relevant work experience. Applications were reviewed to assess suitability for the role.
Telephone Screening (On-Call Interview) – Shortlisted candidates participated in an initial phone interview where recruiters discussed their background, experience, technical knowledge, career goals, and suitability for the position. This stage also provided an opportunity to clarify details about the role and company.
On-Site Technical Interview Successful candidates from the phone screening were invited to attend an in-person technical interview. This stage involved a more detailed assessment of technical competencies, problem-solving abilities, practical knowledge, and experience relevant to the role. Candidates were also evaluated on their communication skills, approach to troubleshooting, and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Interview
The first stage of the interview is usually physical, and you are expected to come with several means of identification the do an assessment, more like technical and IELT assessment.
Employment process started with a call interview from HR asking some
Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.
