Interview
It was very unprofessional that they were late, very disorganise. And the process is all about asking about agile team formation at my previous client. It seems like a session about digging information rather than proper job interview.

(I was expecting creative question rather than this one, lame)
Nice and easy to undertake, had a group component then moved onto a individual interview. Didn't ask overly complicated technological questions, however, was still relevant to the position. The group part included lego which always is a bonus.

Interview
They were looking for a functional programmer and I know the language they were using so I applied. Interview was a coding assignment I spent a day on and 3 hour interview. Coding assignment was fine, just long. Interview was high pressure but good questions were asked that tested for knowledge/facts and ability to solve problems using code and cloud infra.
