Overall good impression, I had three interviews, first with head of the team, then with underwriter and an other underwriter. All were via phone, interview were more like conversation than actual interview

2. hiring manager interview, panel discussion is possible
3. HR: more detailed discussion about notice period, salary structure, onboard date and so on

Pretty standard behavioral questions and past work experience questions. First call was with hr and hiring manager. Very nice people. Overall, the interview process took around once and a half months
