There will be 4 rounds. First will be talking about yourself with HR. The second will be a coding test. The rest 2 will be technical interviews that explain your skills and codes. I didn't pass the very confusing Coding test. The question was super easy which could be finished within 20 mins. I restructured the project in accordance with the official guidelines of the framework they gave and completely completed the tasks they gave. However, they recognised that as "Didn't format code well, missed some code could be re-used, used inefficient solutions and showed possibly a lack of understanding in JS fundamentals" while my code was considered “good” by a friend who is engaged in code review work. The whole process makes me feel disrespected and confused.
