Interview
Writing and it went well although it has some issue that I later resolved but I don't know why I did not get employed so if at all there is any issue am support to be told but they did not even send me any other thing after interview but still good
I applied online. I interviewed at Self Employed Womens Association (Antrim, Northern Ireland) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was very straight forward. No questions were asked so it was super easy and stress free. I would highly recommend applying for a position at this organisation to anyone of any age or gender.
Basic get to know interview. It was not difficult. Mostly focused on behavioral and to determine if there were any red flags (tell me about yourself, why are you interested, etc). Super quick turn around time, I got a call back within the week, which was great.
