Two part interview. Fairly standard corporate interview. Friendly people that made me laugh. Took around two weeks to get offer. Training was around 2.5 years, much longer than anticipated. Overall a good experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Savers (Atlanta, GA) in June 2014

It was fast and was never really explained what was rea.ly expected. They require a valid drivers license and a background check. They call you in and interview either at the corporate office or at a store,
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Savers (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Well done. The interview is structured and behavioral based. There is a minimum of 2 interviews. Before the interview there is an online assessment. The interviews stick to their structure and make you feel at ease during the process. The online application process however is not user friendly. This causes delays and some applicants give up.
