going through 1-2 rounds of interview, first was the video q and a process and then an in person interview if considered for the position. a very long process though.

They asked 4 or 5 behavioral questions and how we have or would handle them. They showed a lot of pictures of valves, equipment, and systems to identify. They were pretty difficult to decipher.

Give an example of a time that you had a disagreement with a coworker and how did you handle it?
Group interview after hirevue with 3-4 people. People seemed like they were nice but just on to be on. The questions were: How to give put new policy? What would you do if there is something you disagree with but you still have to implement?
