I did the first chat with the TA, which was great. Second interview with the hiring manager, which I felt we didn't connect. I focused a lot on the Team Lead side, while the manager was more focused on numbers. I knew I wouldn't go further, but it's disappointing that I never received anything back from them, no phone call, no email.
