I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northside Hospital (Cumming, GA) in May 2026
Interview
30 minutes with 2 managers. Not too intimidating. Job description did not match details expressed in the interview. Interview made the job seem more demanding and deserving of more compensation than was being offered.

Question 1
How do you handle pressure and shifting priorities?
Easy and quick, but probably because I knew someone who worked there so interview was more casual than expected. Was asked basic questions and reviewed my resume, which in total did not last more than 15 minutes.
I applied online. Then a recruiter contacted me for a screening and then I had a zoom call with the hiring manager with another team member. It was a little disorganized because the recruiter had two of the same positions posted with different shift times/days that the hiring manager stated there was only one position ever posted. The hiring manager was also a little unprofessional as well. When I asked about the expected caseload, she stated “I really hate this question.” When I called for the zoom call, she apologized for her tardiness, but then told the other team member in the room with her that she hates when interviews are put on her schedule. It was a weird experience because I felt like I needed to apologize for the inconvenience. This hospital gets rave reviews so I was surprised to face such a poor attitude from the interviewer.
