Applied for Senior Software Developer role at Netcracker. The process had 1 round which included a resume walkthrough, performance discussion, a programming problem, and 3 StackBlitz tasks. The company required a face-to-face interview which was a constraint. Overall the round was structured and task-focused.

The exercise presented strong real-world scenarios, and the constraints were progressively updated as new responses were given, which made the experience feel dynamic, realistic, and closely aligned with the kinds of challenges faced in actual projects.
