Very productive and informative meeting. Interviewer was prompt to contact for phone interview and was very excited about the opportunity, offering a lot of background on the company and the role , as well as the newly expanded department.

Interview
Simple and behavioral. They asked about my specific experiences within the industry, but nothing really technical except asking me to share what technical skills I have for the job. They asked specifics from resume and wanted stories about them.
The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Munich Re (London, England) in Nov 2021

Very pleasing HR Team made my experience a lot better. The actual process however was extremely unorganised, offered two different start dates in the end and was not in line with my personal expectations.
