      Business Development Representative (BDR) Interview

      18 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Market Harborough, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Munich Re (Market Harborough, England) in Nov 2025

      Interview

Months-long LABC business unit interview process filled with missed timelines and ghosting. The advertised delivery role appeared to change internally during the process, despite being continuously posted for 7+ months and still live. Candidates’ time and effort completely disrespected and devalued throughout.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Discuss the type of sales and territory plan that can be implemented

Dear candidate, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your interview process. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations, particularly with regard to communication and timelines. This is not the standard we aim to provide. We understand how important a clear and reliable recruitment process is. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us reflect on how we can further improve. Kind regards, Munich Re
