I was approached on LinkedIn by an internal Talent Acquisition Consultant in Singapore about a newly created Executive Talent Acquisition role in Australia. I spoke to her the next day and she briefed me on the role. She asked me to send my CV, which I did and we scheduled a follow up call in two days time where she interviewed me for an hour. I was told that I would have feedback by end of the week / next week. Its been 6 weeks since that phone interview and I have not heard from her once. No feedback, nothing. Very disappointing and a very poor reflection on the brand and how the organisation treats people.
