First round was 1 with recruiter and 1 technical interview with the current FLDP associate. Then you have a final round of interview with senior executives. The turnaround is fast so you usually hear back soon.

Your observation on the current financial statement. Competitors, recent acquisitions, and multiples
You must know the company like the back of your hand and be an investment banker to make it through the interview process. Didn't receive an answer either way after I completed the 2nd to last round, which I find extremely rude.
