First, I saw their post on LinkedIn and applied through career mail. Then after 1 week, HR called me for an onsite interview with the tech team. In the interview, one ABAP developer and others were HOD and functional consultants. They asked fundamental questions from SAP ABAP. Also asked about my current position's responsibilities. However, I asked multiple times about their range when HR called for the interview. Every time they said salary is not fixed. They are flexible on that. But end of the interview process I understand that they want Abap, python, .NET developer (3 in 1) with a 40-50k budget (2 years+). They are fully practicing Bangla culture. My suggestion is if you don't want to waste your time and energy just don't go to their office. It is a full waste of time. One feedback to the management team – Don’t waste candidates’ money and time for your typical Bangla interview. If you can’t afford them then just don’t call them to your office !!!
