Lockton Companies Project Coordinator interview questions

Met with multiple teams which was nice to get a feel for how each operated. About 30 minutes per interview, entry level job so pretty straightforward. I had prior insurance experience so we focused on that, but this is not a requirement for this role.

I went twice for a base position (PC) by having Insurance experience and by my understanding and HR feedback I did Great, they asked for second interview with another Unit, the same position!!! waste of time never heard of them. I was clearly over qualified but I did not understand why they asked me for the second interview.
