Interview
Had a phone interview with the LEAP AU Recruiter, and it was pretty thorough. The Recruiter set expectations, discussed the interview process, and asked if I had any questions. At that time, I didn't have any questions because the Recruiter covered everything. It left a good impression on me.
I had two Zoom interviews. Then progressed to offer and reference check. The Recruiter kept me in the loop throughout the entire application process. The communication was constant and thorough. One of the best recruitment experience I've had so far!
I accepted the offer and have since started with the company.
