There are multiple interview levels. No real clarity on who the decision maker is, due to this the order of interviews may feel disjointed. Often times there are weeks with no contact.

Asked for a 30-60-90 in the first interview after the screening call. Later provided a real 30-60-90 in writing with no feedback.
Multi level interview. Clear process on steps and expectations as it progressed. Feedback was provided at at end of each session. Hiring manager was clear on skills needed and detailed the desires desires.
