Question 1
Clustering algorithms, Kmeans, B trees, Red and black trees, Attention mechanism
The interview process only included an HR screening. The discussion focused on my background, sales experience, and motivation for joining Infobip. Unfortunately, I did not progress to the next stage because my industry experience was considered insufficient for the role. The company appeared to have a high requirement for relevant vertical industry experience. Overall, the process was responsive and transparent.
I applied online. I interviewed at Infobip (Milan) in Apr 2026
Interview
Recruiter screening interview, very straightforward. Manager interview via Zoom to discuss experience. Assessment - assignment with an elaborate sales plan as well as the ICP definition. This is presented in person in the Cardorna office or via Zoom to the hiring team in Croatia. Stakeholders in Infobip are not that clear as the interviewers had difficulty explaining structure of teams and it's unclear who the role reports to. My impression is it's a very collaborative environment but the level of English makes non written communication difficult.
Pay was disappointingly low. 65K base salary and uncapped bonus but very small. 2K for each new logo and a small percentage of MRR which grows over time but still, the value is not a game changer. Considering the field, I expected 100K OTE, but this is distant.

Question 1
Discussion around cold calling, network, and all hunter related questions. Very practical. Company loves to use AI so this is welcome. They seem confused about their ways of working but probably because it's constantly changing. Seems like a good culture.
