Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse

Interview
The interview process begins with a phone screening from a representative to which provides insight on what you're looking for and screen as a good fit. If the screening goes well, you are then directed to a supervisor to whom you would report to to go further into detail on previous work history and relevant experience. The remaining portion is either onsite to meet with team or meet more of the corporate team.
