Interview
My interview experience with this company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
For the first role, I went through an extensive interview process that included an interview with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, interviews with two team members, and a follow-up conversation with the manager (which did not appear to be a formal interview). I was then scheduled for a final panel interview with senior leadership. Throughout the process, the hiring manager maintained frequent contact with me and repeatedly expressed excitement about moving me forward and having me meet the rest of the team.
On the day of the scheduled senior leadership panel, I received a text message one hour before the interview stating that it was cancelled. No explanation was provided. When I reached out for clarification, I did not hear back until two days later, when I was told the role had been “updated” and that I was no longer being considered — after investing significant time and completing multiple interviews.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. I later interviewed with the same company for another role and experienced a similar pattern: multiple interviews, slow and unclear communication, and ultimately being told that “a lot of changes” were happening. I later learned that one of the individuals I interviewed with had already left the company and had only been there a short time.
One of the managers eventually shared that high turnover is common within this department, and because of this, they are now only hiring contract-to-hire roles rather than full-time positions. This was not clearly communicated at the beginning of the process.
Overall, this experience showed poor communication, lack of transparency, frequent internal changes, and little respect for candidates’ time. Combined with low compensation and unclear role stability, there are several red flags. I would not apply here again and would caution others before investing time in their interview process.

Interview
It was what you'd expect. Standard interview about experience and a few scenario questions. I did have to come back twice because the first time the interviewer went home early without ensuring someone else could interview me.
