Globe Life Liberty National Division Manager-In-Training interview questions

A recruiter contacted me regarding a "Manager" position and requested a 1-on-1 interview as noted. Joining the interview, the meeting was NOT 1-on-1 but in a group setting with 10+ individuals. The "interview" was more of a sales pitch meeting on why should you should join Globe Life Liberty National Division. No interaction between the interviewer and intervee was made. THIS IS A COMMISION-BASED JOB! A regular sales representative position not a "Manager-In-Training". All salaries are determined based on the amount of active or new clients acquisitioned and proposed profits will deeply vary! Be mindful of "training" and other expenses to be a sales rep will cost money out of pocket.

Pointless. They contacted me repeatedly to get me to interview for the job in my area and there was not even a job anywhere close to me. It was a waste of everyone's time.
