I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Austin, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
I found the whole interview process to be a pleasure. I live a few hours from the regional office, so I requested the remote option so that I could see if the position was worth the drive. I was told this would add a week on the Interview time, but as I am currently employed this wasn’t a big deal. What stood out to me most in the whole process was that everyone genuinely seemed to care. The place just feels like home. Where has this place been my whole life?
1. Phone interview with Mr. Glenn McIntosh (15 min), where he asked about my work history and answered a couple of my questions.
2 . One way Video Interview where I had to submit answers to a number of questions. The majority of them seemed to be focused on cultural fit and leadership styles. After a week or so, I got an email explaining that a panel of managers and employees reviewed my responses and wanted me to come in for an interview.
3. Disk personality assessment in the office (15 min)
4. One on one interview with Rachel Fenz (10 min), she asked questions about what I was looking for in my next career. She did a great job at putting me at ease.
5. Informational Brief by Mr. Mayo (2 hours). Ok so this was long, but I swear I totally lost track of time. Mr. Mayo did an amazing job of painting a picture of the good the bad and the ugly. But more than anything he inspired me to find a place I could love working at, a home.
6. One on one Final Interview with Paul Haynes (70 min). This was the nit and gritty interview. We went over the personality results and some of the struggles that people of similar personalities have. We also did the normal looking at work history but the interview was far from normal. I Truly felt that Paul was concerned about rather or not I would be happy working there. It was more than just could I... it was was it a good fit. Really extraordinary. He even let me look at his team metrics and showed me how peoples work ethic directly impacts their success. It really helped reassure me that the company was about systems and SOPs.
In the end a position was offered and I accepted. They even are going to let me finish my current commitment with my employer, which I really appreciate! I can’t wait till November when I get to start!

Question 1
If a position could be created specifically with you in mind, what would it be?
I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Maumelle, AR)
Interview
The interview process is basic, they have you come into a room and do a "group interview" where they go over the benefits of working for the company. There is no base salary while you are in there training but don't worry they make sure your paid enough for you gas. It is just not realistic.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division in Sept 2022
Interview
A recruiter contacted me regarding a "Manager" position and requested a 1-on-1 interview as noted. Joining the interview, the meeting was NOT 1-on-1 but in a group setting with 10+ individuals. The "interview" was more of a sales pitch meeting on why should you should join Globe Life Liberty National Division. No interaction between the interviewer and intervee was made.
THIS IS A COMMISION-BASED JOB! A regular sales representative position not a "Manager-In-Training". All salaries are determined based on the amount of active or new clients acquisitioned and proposed profits will deeply vary! Be mindful of "training" and other expenses to be a sales rep will cost money out of pocket.

Interview
Pointless. They contacted me repeatedly to get me to interview for the job in my area and there was not even a job anywhere close to me. It was a waste of everyone's time.
