I applied online. I interviewed at Gallagher (Atlanta, GA) in May 2017
Interview
Phone interview earlier than scheduled . General questions asked, more open ended. More questions as to how you liked or disliked your previous jobs. I felt as though I would not be considered from the beginning. It is what it is.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gallagher in Aug 2022
Interview
The process was really unprofessional. The recruiter that I spoke with basically ghosted me for two weeks and then she responded "sorry for the delay, I forgot that I didn't send you a response but are you still interested in the position? I replied and told her, Yes. She then had her coordinator send me a request for my availability to meet with the hiring manager. Once the interview was scheduled and the day of the interview. They reached out and said that the hiring manager wouldn't be able to do my interview because she was out of the office! So once again the interview was rescheduled for the following Friday. On Wednesday I received an email from the recruiter stating that my interview would be canceled due to the hiring manager selecting someone who accepted an offer before I was interviewed. What a waste.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gallagher in Aug 2016
Interview
Professional but rushed as it seemed they wanted someone sooner than later. As a referral, I felt I did have a leg up on other candidates and the offer stage confirmed this.
