I found the application process really simple. I applied online, completed an online interview before being invited to a face to face interview. The in person interview was very enjoyable.

The process was smooth, and the interviewer was really nice. I was told that all exams, etc., would be paid for. The interviewer told me about the job and asked how this excites me, etc. Also asked what are my career aims.
