Repeated questions about work history / experience
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foxtel Group (North Ryde) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online and there was email screening a week later. Not sure if this is the new process with Foxtel but almost 9-10 emails to assess candidate and arrange an interview date which could have been easily done in 1-2 phone calls.
Seems like Foxtel Product teams are arranged as per their line of businesses like the tangible products Foxtel iQ3, Broadband, Phone in 1 silo and then there is myFoxtel and mobile apps in another silo. Again this could have been explained by the HR person who never called to evaluate candidate fit and the position description provided prior to the interview was totally different to the Job ad! The role was for the mobile apps who are basically Product owners and had no idea what to make of the candidate's experience, questions to ask, and basically a whole lot uncomfortable, for everyone in the room!

Question 1
As mentioned this was result of a badly written job ad, then followed with a non-existent screening, and followed up with an awkward interview with senior product owners.
