I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fat Face (Sheffield, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Was supposed to be a Skype interview; ended up being a 10 minute phone call with vague questions. Interviewer was 20 minutes late on the call and hardly asked anything. Didn’t proceed to the next stage based on my experience although I was hardly asked anything. Very unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fat Face
Interview
First interview was a group setting, had 30 minutes to analyse charts and data for a fictional store and present it back to your interviewer in a one on one interview, then you had a more traditional interview where they asked standard questions. Then there are group assessments once everyone has had their one on one. The next round is am interview with the area manager of the store you apply for. In this case they give you more documents and charts relating to that store and ask you to prepare a SWOT analysis. I was simply told to not take too long so no specific time was given to prepare it. Then you meet the area manager who asks a bit about yourself then you present your findings.
I didn't get the job, and the feedback given to me was that they wanted to see more focus on people management. However as all I was asked was to present a SWOT analysis, it didn't give much opportunity to show these skills. It also suggests they don't refer to the 1st interview and the answers given there because I spoke about it at length. It was my belief they had someone already lined up for the job as the email with the feedback didn't make sense.
