I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Canteen (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2024
Interview
The Interview was a fairly quick process, only two rounds and straightforward on typical skill questions and relevant experience history. I was interviewed remotely through Microsoft Teams. Talked through exposure to different software systems and critical thinking approaches to how I manage a team or project.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Canteen (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2025
Interview
No phone/screening interview was done. Interview scheduling was done by a AI virtual assistant thing. That process was fine, but had gave no information on who I would be meeting with. First interview was virtual via Teams. There were two people who joined that call - neither introduced themselves. Had no idea who they were, what there roles were etc. Had to ask a lot of probing questions to figure that out. Second interview was on-site. Again scheduled by their virtual assistant. Received no information on where to park, where to go, sign in etc. for this and the virtual assistant could not answer those questions. Met with one person in person and they had another join virtually in the meeting room. Again, neither of those people introduced themselves, explained their titles relationship to the role etc. Was overall a weird experience. Could tell I was not a fit for culture and the role by the questions I asked and had to ask. Received an automated rejection email about a month later.
