BluePearl Pet Hospital interview questions

Honestly, this location and company as a whole has a terrible interviewing process. I applied in April and got invited to an interview in June then there was this awkward 3-4 weeks of silence and I was reached back out for an in person shadowing. The communication with the Manager at first was very easy and quick, but the second time around they kept being in meetings. After the post-pone time for going in for an in person shadowing. It was two hours of just seeing what the role was, just standard check ins, client payments, and just ensuring all information inputted was correct. I was toured the hospital and shadowed a brand new employees. After this shadow I was told the manager was going to get with their supervisor, then HR would reach out, and it would take about 3-4 weeks. It has been probably about two months with no updates or contact. 6 months to get someone hired is just so ridiculous for a time frame. People are trying to earn income, money, and just be upfront where you stand.

Slow, no feed back, late, no follow up, inexperienced interviewer. Ad hoc, not in order the individual was not qualified to be interviewing. Would not recommend. Nice building and seemingly good benefits.
