Blue Prism interview questions

The interview process took about a month to be scheduled, with a fair amount of back-and-forth to reschedule the second round due to the hiring manager’s availability. Overall, the interview was fairly straightforward. The questions focused on how I would handle customer situations when a project begins to experience scope creep, my thought process in managing those challenges, and how many projects I typically manage at the same time.
