Time and place was chosen to be convenient to me as I was already working nearby, and the interviewers were very open about the role and answered my questions in details.

Asked about previous roles that were related to the role I applied for.
HR reached by email for virtual interview availabilities. Process was 2 rounds on Teams:
1) Initial interview with team lead. General questions, experience, interest in role.
2) Second interview with team lead + hiring manager. Felt like the interview was to see of your personality matches well with the team.

They were friendly, but I was redirected to apply for another position within the company, and I have not heard back since that day. I had a first phone screening and a second interview with the hiring managers
