Interview
Phone call with HR confirming your experience then Face-to-Face interview with the Hiring Manager and then Revit Exam. After a week, they will call you if you are hired or not.
Initial interview is done via phone with the HR. Then there is also a technical revit test on site after that and an interview with the team. The questions are pretty okay, just be yourself and tell about your experiences and youll be fine.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arcadis (Manila, Manila)
Interview
1 phone interview from HR then 1 in person interview with team manager. Interview was short, asked about past experience etc. plus short Revit exam which should not be too hard if you've used revit at all

Question 1
Revit Exam where you perform some basic modeling as well as saving the file as a work shared central model. There is also a questionnaire with 10-20 questions from what I recall
