I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter the next day. We set up a phone interview for the following day. After the 30 minute call, she said everything sounded great and I would hear from the hiring manager. A week later I reached out to the recruiter since I had not been contacted. No response. A month later I contacted the recruiter for an update. The next day I received a generic email that said I had not been chosen.

The interview process was very lengthy. First off, there were 5 rounds of interviews in total. First round was with the recruiter, second round was with a senior project manager and director, third was with program manager (which was their client), fourth round was with a project manager in that department, fifth round was with ANOTHER project manager in the same department. I felt that these could’ve been more condensed, considering I had 2 separate interviews with people that have the same job. Anyways, I got all the way to the final round and did not hear results until 2 weeks after that final round interview. The only reason I even found out is because I had to keep emailing the recruiter. After emailing them for a second time, the recruiter gave me the most generic response that I felt was not tailored or sensitive to the situation. I feel that if I got through 5 rounds and was one of the top candidates, I could at least get a tailored more sensitive response. It felt cold and downright rude. Overall, the process is very long and the recruiters are not the kindest. I would not consider working at this company again after this experience.
