1 round asking questions about my experience. Asked about knowledge of the different products they sale to determine if I would be a good fit. Asked about relations with customers and ability to communicate.
Screening with recruiter. 30 min with the hiring manager. 45 min panel interview. All scheduling done with a bot. Zero feedback. The hiring manager acted like he was bored. Rejection email came in the middle of the night. Evidently they aren’t adult enough to send an email during business hours.

Question 1
When was a time you had to deliver bad news to someone?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Ace Hardware (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was simple and relaxed. First, there was a short phone screening with HR about my background and previous content experience. Then I had one video interview with the content team where they asked basic strategy and writing questions. The overall atmosphere was friendly and not too stressful. Communication was decent, but the final decision took longer than expected.

They asked how I would create a content strategy for a new brand with low audience engagement. I said I would first research the target audience, analyze competitors, identify content gaps, and then create a consistent posting schedule focused on valuable and engaging topics.
