Field Service Technician

Hi, is there anyone here from Honeywell Australia? I’m currently in a sales role and I’ve noticed the bonus structure this year feels quite low compared to the effort required. It almost feels like you’re putting in a lot of work but not seeing a proportional return. Is this compensation structure expected to remain the same, or is there any discussion around potential changes or improvements? Would really appreciate any insights from others in a similar role.

    Not from Honeywell but a distributor, if you are apart of Honeywell safety I assume that PIP Global buying out Honeywell would bring on a different dynamic this normally happens when bigger companies come in and take over. If you apart of Honeywell analytics I wouldn’t have a clue.

    General market trend is downward. Both predicted and overall global. Hence, payment structures. If its not low next 2 quarters im wrong...then sharmarket margins are high. Id consoder other factors affecting it.
