What should I choose for my 40th? Lange 1 or Grande Lange 1? Looking for Platinum and something I can rock with a polo / tee when dressing down as equally as with a shirt / blazer. Want to go stealth and prefer Plat over WG. The other alternative is the DD but that would be over budget in grey market. Thanks all!
Any thoughts on Hermes watches? Would assume it’s similar to other high end designer watches where it’s probably a pretty good movement but you’re paying a ton for the brand and it’s going to depreciate heavily but curious others’ thoughts. They invited me to some watch event in their store so don’t really know what to expect.
I’d like to buy a watch that makes friends and family jealous, that shows my status as someone who’s arrived. Emphasis on wealth inequality and privilege. I’d really like to buy a watch that makes me feel superior to people who work hard with less social skills than me. Are we thinking PP, VC, ALS or will basic Rolex do the trick these days?? ❤️
