Any insights on capgemini invent (frog) - seems to be relatively new and mass recruiting. Interested to know about M/SM role, salary and what it’s like.

Are we ready for more taxes? Apparently there will be a 22% tax on stock and share ISA next April… I guess we need to generate more taxes so that we could pay for more benefits!
I’ve done the classic path of consulting to fintech generalist (Strategy & Ops, Corp Strategy, etc.), and really all I’ve learnt is that I should have specialised at uni (finance, engineering, law) Now it’s been a few years and I can keep going but it will be a slow upward trajectory (promotion every 2-3 years if all goes well) Where next for ex-consulting, ex-fintech people? All I have is a generic project management skill at this point. Is startup the only way to making actual money?
Would you stay if you worked hard to reach partnership, only to be denied equity? https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2026/05/04/end-of-accountancy-gravy-train/
Is Roland Berger a good potential move? I’m currently an SC with 5 years experience and interviewing at RB, for an SC role. It would be within their Regulated Utilities practice which aligns with my interests in Energy & Utilities. As part of my company research, I’ve been reading about how it is doing badly, but nothing regarding the current state. I know RB is doing badly in MENA, but there’s not much out there regarding London. Appreciate any insights!
Working at my perm job and it’s quite chill thinking if I should take a contractor job on the side? Will disclose to my employer but just wondering has anyone done this?
Not in Frog, but spoken to them and have friends at Invent. A lot of overlap with Invent, with duplicative teams, fighting for the same work. They've also moved into Invent's offices now, having let go of their own. They seem to be more marketing transformation focussed now, as opposed to it's design roots. Base salary for M is around 75 to 88. Don't know about SM
I suppose it’s relative but it’s not new
Frog is not new, its been established for many years
You mean the Paris office?
