Which firms in NYC have the best (relative) WLB?

Why are there so many pharma analytics consulting companies? Do they purely compete on price, it’s a race to the bottom? And why wouldn’t big pharma want to have these capabilities in house?

Anyone who has worked / is working at Blue Matter consulting or has interviewed with them? What tips do you have for the written case round? Also any idea on the type of case one can expect?
