The pattern on my favorite dress shirt makes me dizzy when I see it in my selfie thumbnail/preview on zoom. It's the shirt I feel most comfortable and confident in, and the pattern is really subtle in person, but for some reason it looks like static or something on camera. Is this just my screen and the thumbnail, or is this a real thing for my interviewers? Has anyone else had this?

People who work in television are very much aware that some patterns don't look good on camera. There's a quirk with the technology where the fabric pattern can seem to be moving or flashing. We've probably all seen that on TV. It depends on the camera and the tech, but there are busy patterns that should be avoided if you'll be on camera.
Probably just your screen. Or maybe your eyes. If it distracts you that much, find a way to hide your thumbnail so you don't have to look at it.
I understand your favorite shirt might help your confidence in your interviews. However, a solid shirt might work better with video interviews. Maybe you have some kind of auto background blur function that is acting like a blue screen? There are occasional episodes where TV weather presenters wore the wrong blue or green outfit and “disappear” into the weather map.
