First time poster

So I graduated as an engineer two years ago and currently work in construction sales with 2 years experience acquired. How possible is a move to an engineering or analyst role given my experience. Most hiring managers seek some form of experience that I’m unfamiliar with asides from university projects.

    Try to make connections with clients if you’re in sales and keep an eye out online for any availabilities with your connections

I graduated in December with a BS ME. I've applied to 100x jobs and am not getting responses. I am beginning to wonder if these jobs are real. Does anyone have a job site where they were actually hired off of?
