Technical Services Manager salaries in Australia

I submitted my application 01/26 and then interviewed with General Atomics on 02/05 for an Engineering Aide role. My portal changed to “Interview” 12 days after and my recruiter said I’m still in consideration while they wrap up other interviews. It’s been about almost 2 months and I’m still waiting has anyone experienced similar timelines at GA? What does that mean for my current status? Should I just move on?

Hello and happy holidays, I started my career in customer service and tech back in 2010 and stopped pretty much 2014. I know I messed up bad. On top of that kinda destroyed my resume by going by into warehouse/manufacturing jobs between 2014-2025. I considered it a break. In between that break I’ll add I worked as a remote field support rep for 2 companies back to back over the span of 3 years (2017-2020).
