Safety Instructor salaries in Australia

I have been an instructor on the postsecondary level for more than a decade, but I am not an academic. I come out of Work World and bring a wealth of career experience in my field IRL. I have what has been termed a "portfolio master's," with in-depth knowledge gained over that full career. I do not have an academic master's degree. Two universities and two community colleges have hired me without the advanced degree, but I am stymied now in my job search. How do I meet this challenge?

Two universities and two community colleges have hired me without the advanced degree. I have relocated and seek to add a fifth institution of higher learning to my CV.

I’m a RECE and current BCD student at Seneca with experience supporting children with autism. I’m completing my 40-hour RBT training and planning for BCBA in the future. What entry-level roles in Ontario should I look for (Behaviour Therapist, Instructor Therapist, etc.)? Do clinics support supervision/training toward RBT or BCBA? Any tips for building valuable early experience?

There is a Practice Support Attorney position at Orrick on the Cap Markets Team. It looks like mostly training and writing articles, helping with legal tech integration, maintaining forms and it says 25% client facing work. I already teach as an adjunct and am really burnt out on practicing law full time. It’s a non-partner position which is fine since I haven’t wanted to make partner. I am a mom and wonder if this could provide better WLB. Anyone have experience with a job like this?
