Proposal Coordinator salaries in Australia

Need input on my situation. Offer 1 - Corporate Strategy at Defense Prime. 180k, in-office but it’s a 5 minute commute. Offer 2 - Proposal Manager in Defense Tech, 180k with 100k in RSUs over 4 years, 2 days in office. Love both firms and teams, but torn. Proposals full time isn’t great, but can pivot after a year or so. However, if something happens prior to pivot it will be hard to get non-proposal job, whereas corporate strategy the world could still be my oyster.

Option 1: Accounts & Operations role - Unknown Plastic Manufacturing - High responsibility, 15 to 20% higher pay. Option 2: Sales Coordinator - Well-Known Accessories & Smartwatch Brand - Structured role, recognized brand, 15 to 20% lower pay. If you had these offers, which one would you choose from a long-term career and CV value perspective?

I am interviewing to work at Coleman Research as a Client Management Associate, however I started as a field sales and marketing representative for techtronic industries in June. This means that if I leave I have to pay back the moving compensation they gave me to move to Raleigh and any extra bonuses for moving. I need some insight on if this is a good move, if Coleman will provide repayment assistance, etc. Any insight will help!

Hello Everyone! I recently secured a second round interview for the position of Sales Coordinator at Spin Master in their Toronto office. I'll be interviewing with the sales director and one of the national account managers.
