First Assistant Manager salaries in Australia

Hello Everyone, I am currently working in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Storekeeper with 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials management in Oil & Gas projects across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar. I am interested in finding job opportunities in Europe. I would appreciate any advice regarding countries, companies, or certifications that can improve my chances for warehouse or logistics roles. Solid experience for more than 20yeaes as Assistant Store Manager. decided to leave to job where i am at my comfort zone for more than 20years. leave the comfort zone and now moved to the new organization with a Big Name Company since last 6 months. at my age now it so difficult to me to adapt with new place. i cant learn fast i cant remember most of the new company SOP. seems i can go along with my colleagues but i cant go with my new manager. it jeopardize my probabtion

Is 210k base for 12 yrs experience for EY Studio Manager fair? Should i ask for more? Austin. Bonus they said was 5-20%. Currently 2nd yr M at Deloitte.
