Advisory Manager salaries in Australia

I recently got laid off as an Accounting manager at a start up. I have about 10 years of experience in audit and industry. Which offer would you take: Company A: Accounting manager, fully remote, series D startup, I/C Apple: Revenue accountant, hybrid 3 days in office, I/C Total comp for both are the same, but Apple would come in higher in the long term due to RSU refreshers but it’s a huge downgrade in title but comes with prestige and stability.

Career direction Currently working as an operational risk officer for a bank (in LOD1). Conflicted while contemplating the direction for my career, FCU Advisory or Relationship Management. Any advice or guidance for either direction. And any guidance on how to potentially break into the relo mgmt side as my skills are less transferable. Thank you

I was just promoted to the Senior PM title, but the role is more like Group PM since it includes managing 6 PMs and zero products. I used to have only 1 report. Any advice from people that made this jump successfully would be appreciated.
