Pros
Great culture, everybody is very friendly and management is largely excellent. Awesome pay with uncapped commissions and from an operations point of view Slade is very well organised.
Cons
Very hard to fault really, the shared services team is maybe a little big and too cliquey but otherwise great culture compared to other recruitment co's.
