I’ve had a really positive experience working at Rio Tinto. I’m fortunate to have a genuinely supportive leader who encourages development and creates an environment where you can do your best work. The team I work with are fantastic down to earth, collaborative, and simply great people to be around day to day. It really makes coming to work enjoyable. The benefits are also a standout, particularly the share plan and health insurance for my family, which are meaningful and make you feel well looked after. I also really enjoy being part of the community events and initiatives, which help create a strong sense of connection beyond just the day to day work.
