Pros

Probably looks good on a resume

Cons

- Low salary for the responsibility you have - No opportunity to make any changes, decision makers are too far removed to understand what needs to change to make things better - Bonus is calculated by your whole cluster/area's revenue (used to be based more on customer survey scores but we did really well and they immediately changed the structure) - All support is offshore and problems can take days to be resolved - High staff turnover (Ive been here for less than 2 years and almost nobody in my city is the same as when I started) - Pay review requests are rejected or put 'on hold' for months at a time - Change of systems frequently that doesnt actually make anything easier just makes people confused on how to do things - Accounts help team are useless - Not much room to grow within the company!!! - CEO boasts best profits of all time (multi billion dollar company) while keeping staff who run the centres on lowest salary possible

Pros

- previously had higher management that cared about staff - some nice clients - fellow CSR and SCSR are nice - kept busy

Cons

-pay is beyond a joke - staff cuts mean more work for the same pay. Yay! - paid monthly - upper management ask for opinions and feedback but are defensive and don't take any feedback on when given - treated like a number not a human - CSRs are verbally abused by customers for IT and Accounting issues that they have never had to deal with or have had training in

Pros

the only pro I can think of would be the fact that Regus is a global organisation and experience with them would look good on CV

Cons

not flexible, old management methods, unfair, treat people with no respect, favouritism and office games are common, low salary, unachievable bonus and commission, long hours, no support
