Nice campus, good superannuation and annual leave.
Cons
Bureaucratic, disorganised, too many opinions and stakeholders (from all levels) poor senior management, silo mentalities, and no real focus on training and developing staff, and managers. All of which leads to a toxic working environment and disconnect with what future students want and current student expect from university.
